How do I know what size door I need to order?
You should measure the inside of the door frame in three places: the top, middle, and bottom. Use the widest measurement for the width and the longest for the height. Remember to allow for floor clearance if you haven't installed your flooring yet.
What is the difference between a solid core and a hollow core door?
Solid core doors are constructed with a composite center, providing superior sound insulation, weight, and durability. Hollow core doors are lightweight and budget-friendly, featuring a cellular inner structure that is ideal for low-traffic areas.
Do your doors come pre-finished or unfinished?
We offer both. Pre-finished doors are ready to hang immediately, while unfinished or primed doors allow you to apply your own paint, stain, or varnish to perfectly match your home's interior decor.
What is your standard delivery timeframe?
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days for in-stock items. For custom orders or specialized finishes, delivery can take between 2-4 weeks. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Can I trim my door if it is slightly too large for the frame?
Most of our doors feature a 'trimming allowance' on all sides, typically between 6mm and 10mm. Exceeding this allowance can compromise the structural integrity of the door and void the warranty, so please check the specific product specifications.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your door arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free collection and send a replacement immediately. Please ensure you inspect the goods before signing the delivery note.
