At Internal Doors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new doors aren't a perfect fit for your home, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they remain in their original, un-machined condition.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receipt to provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- 2.Prepare for Collection
Ensure all doors are securely repackaged in their original protective materials to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Schedule Pickup
We will arrange for a specialized courier to collect the items from your property at a time that fits your schedule.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items to confirm they have not been hung or trimmed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
